Jakubowski is an unusual name, where is it from? Is it your real name?
Itís Polish. My father came from Bydgoszcz (Bidgosh). Sadly I never learnt the language. And yes it is.

Where do you get your ideas for your books from?
A good question! It usually starts with "what if?" and goes on from there. All in the mind!

Are youíre characters based on people you know?

No. Definitely not.

Do you believe in ghosts? Or that time travel is possible?
I've never seen one but of course that doesn't mean they don't exist. Plenty of people say they have.
As for the possibility of time travel. Everything is possible; isn't it? 


What do you like to read?
It varies but it has to be a work of fiction. Robert Rankin - Iain M Banks (both genres) - Julian Rathbone,
Michael Marshall Smith, C J Sansome, the list goes on.

What are you reading at the moment?
Slade House, David Mitchell.

Who illustrated your book covers?
Pat Moffett took care of Dead Peculiar - Strange Relations - Miscreation - Once Upon A Tyme.
